As the Store Concepts Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the creative design and concepts for our store network, including conceptual master planning for store refurbishments through to service and fixture concept design in a varied role. Managing 2-3 projects end-to-end throughout the year, ensuring “world class” in-store aesthetic and experiences that set the brand apart from its competitors. With a hybrid mix of time in the office and home, along with regular store visits, this is a great fixed-term opportunity for a creative commercial designer to make a real impact on our customer and in-store experiences. The role will suit a curious, innovative and customer-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and commercially evolving environment. What does the role involve? Working collaboratively to lead new concept designs, design of new fixtures, service destinations Developing innovative design concepts/solutions that continue to challenge and surprise Developing store design concept packs that demonstrate project flow of experiences, services and department/brand adjacencies that elevate the customer and staff experience Producing detailed concept drawings of proposed fixtures and joinery including specification of materials Continually evaluating existing concept and components to optimise aesthetic and cost effectiveness ensuring alignment to project budgets Developing and driving concepts that align with the positive Sustainability outcomes Developing and maintaining external relationships with suppliers and landlords Please note, this is a fixed term role for 12-months. What are we looking for? Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualifications Creativity and strong visual aesthetic Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Indesign, MS Office Experience working in teams within a commercial creative environment with a focus on specialised retail or commercial design Fashion or retail design experience is highly advantageous Strong communication skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage confidential information Why work for us?
