Receptionist for Psychology Clinic in Bondi Junction (Full Time), requires medical/allied health office administration experience You'll need medical/allied health office administration experience and a warm, authentic and compassionate nature 50,000 - $65,000 exclusive of superannuation Bondi Junction A normal day will have you handling receptionist duties for a friendly and supportive team on a full time basis (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Being the first face clients see as they enter the practice, you will have the opportunity to positively impact their day, creating a sense of warmth and safety in the clinic. You'll be Welcoming clients to the clinic, conducting new client intake phone calls, filling available slots in clinician calendars, collecting payments, following up unpaid fees, processing medicare rebates and private health claims, managing appointments and tidying and filing Responding to clinician queries and assisting practitioners with tasks related to the provision of services (e.g. sending GP letters, client handouts etc) Liaising with Medicare and referring practitioners regarding mental health plans Providing feedback to the clinic manager regarding the quality and efficiency of our administrative procedures While managing the day-to-day operations of the business, you will have the support from both the Clinic Manager and Clinic Director.
