They are a national brand, whose brands include a variety of household names in the FMCG, Retail & Fresh Produce industries. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship between the staff members and senior leadership – helping to build trust, working with unions and ensuring that Supervisors are well equipped to get the best out of the workforce. Success Profile: The ideal candidate will be from a Manufacturing background with strong experience in both Logistics & Warehousing. You will be able to interact with staff at all levels and ideally have experience in managing people, whilst also taking a hands-on approach to your role.
