Your Role To be responsible for the primary representation of SJGHC Langmore Centre Consulting Suites in maintaining a high level of reception, switchboard and clerical duties to provide an efficient and timely administration service to our Consultants, Patients and all Stakeholders both internally and externally. The Position Computer skills in office packages – Genie Software. General Medical Receptionist duties. Booking Appointments. Invoicing and Receipting of accounts. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Attend and participate in staff meetings. Attends relevant training sessions offered by SJGHC. Recognises the necessity to continually develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position. Achieves mandatory annual hospital competencies and assumes responsibility for record maintenance. Actively seeks opportunities for further professional development. You will have relevant previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role, preferably in Specialists’ rooms and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will be able to work within a team and independently, following individual instructions from Consultants. To succeed you will have a high level of computer proficiency, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise work requirements and work productively within a team environment. Di ctation typing skills is highly regarded. Above all, customer service will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values. We can offer you Salary: $56,585 to $58,212 per annum, plus 11% superannuation Two Permanent Part time positions available, working 60 hours a fortnight.
