They have a portfolio consisting of renewable energy assets including solar, wind, battery storage and green hydrogen and ammonia. Description Key Responsibilities: Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of contracts. Drafting contracts and correspondence with a meticulous and commercial approach Assisting with the development of a range of projects across solar, wind, battery storage and green hydrogen and ammonia Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Profile: Ideally between 5-10 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm or In-House organisation Experience of project development within the engineering/construction sector Previous experience with land/lease agreements will be viewed favourably General commercial experience.
