We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Shepparton clinics (On occasion working across our Seymour, Benalla, Kyabram and Echuca clincs). This role is a casual role with flexibility working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8am and 5pm. What will you be doing? Be the first point of contact for patients at reception Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) Providing excellent customer service and patient care Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers Our Ideal Candidate Ability to work in a fast paced environment Customer service Experience Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided .
