About the Role We are actively seeking a team of Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants who are living independently in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. Our roles come with flexible 24/7 shifts and competitive pay aligned with the SCHADS Award. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of those we support. We have a range of participants with varying support needs. Please apply if you have any of the following experience: Experience in manual handling and/or assisting with personal care Understanding of active support models Previous experience in supporting individuals in wheelchairs, both in their home and within the community Experience in supporting elderly individuals living with dementia Proficiency in speaking Mandarin/Cantonese Genuine desire to help and support people Please note that these participants are located across Southern Sydney, Southwest and Western Sydney.
