An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Assistant to join our Manpower Group team. We are looking for a passionate team member who can contribute to the overall success to one of Australia's biggest retailers in South East Brisbane. In this role you will be determining customer's needs and managing their expectations through high quality service and expert product knowledge. This involves listening closely and understanding their questions, then providing appropriate information and advice and closing the sale with a satisfied customer. We provide training to assist with new skills, product knowledge, and system operations, to support you throughout the selling process. You will also work on maintaining store presentation, including updating, rotating and ticketing stock, to ensure ease of access for customers and optimum sales at all times. Experience in mattresses or furniture sales is preferable, however, experience in customer service and other sales roles will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service.
