You will engage with our passengers ensuring the experience they receive is exceptional, providing first class customer service at all times. This will include working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of our Cafés, including, safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions. This position requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, efficiency & self-motivation. Permanent Part-time Café Attendants must have the flexibility to be available across a 7-day roster including, weekends and public holidays.
