Ongoing An opportunity exists within the Medicine Administration team for a professional Admin Officer to join in an ongoing role. The Division of Medicine, Cardiac & Critical Care within Flinders Medical Centre is currently seeking an Administration Reliever to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique chance to provide vital administrative, secretarial, and reception support within the division, ensuring the seamless operation of our healthcare facilities. About the Role: As an Administration Reliever, you will report to the Administration Manager and play a crucial role in providing relieving ward administrative, secretarial, and reception services. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Administration Manager in delivering a complete and confidential administrative support service. Working closely with patients, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of hospital operations and activities. Contributing to the provision of professional, customer-focused services that prioritise the wellbeing of staff, visitors, and patients. To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant experience in administration, secretarial, or reception roles, preferably within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
