In this role, you'll be an integral part of our ANP Field Team, delivering top-notch customer service both internally and externally within a stimulating work environment. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, working with job seekers, and assisting ANP field staff in fulfilling their duties. To succeed in this role, you should possess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A professional phone manner for both inbound and outbound calls.
