You'll need to juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is a must. You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way. What we need is someone eager to learn and naturally good with people. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival. Be the friendly face they remember. Phone Management: Handle 30-50 incoming phone calls per day with professionalism and efficiency. Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules. Quoting & Product Navigation: Confidently use our website to generate general quotes. Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium messaging platform. Administration Tasks: Daily till reconciliations, processing and filing purchase orders and scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping About You A well-spoken, confident communicator who enjoys helping people. Quick to learn new computer systems and processes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A professional appearance and positive attitude. Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential).
