Facilities & Administration Team Leader – AOD Location: Eagle Heights – Fairhaven Status: Full Time Classification: SCHADS 4 Role Overview: This position supports the daily operational functions of the Gold Coast AOD Service (Fairhaven), overseeing Administration, Catering, Grounds and Maintenance staff, as well as volunteers. The role ensures the Centre operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with TSA’s mission, while providing a secure environment for individuals experiencing alcohol and drug dependency. Key Responsibilities: Operations Assist Centre Manager with budgets and daily operations Manage property, vehicles, inventory and security Handle cash, banking and ordering Provide WHS, HR and IT support via TSA systems Support policy development, accreditation and continuous improvement Lead and mentor admin and operations staff Support training, development and performance management Contribute to strategic and operational planning Coordinate staff development and training Qualifications & Experience Certificate IV in Management, Finance or similar, or relevant experience in rehabilitation/social services Demonstrated professional development Ability to work with diverse cultural and religious backgrounds Strong communication skills, including with individuals displaying challenging behaviours What We Offer: Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.
