You will spend most of your day on the phone and working across multiple computer screens, managing quotes, orders, and logistics. About the Role Based at Zeder Huntingwood, we are a one-stop suspension specialist supplying workshops, dealers, parts stores, and other warehouses across Australia. We design and manufacture our own industry-leading products and distribute well-known aftermarket brands. This means our internal sales team works across more than 20 catalogues covering replacement, performance, and 4WD suspension - giving you exposure to a wide range of products and applications from day one. This is not a scripted call-centre role. You will be required to think, learn, and problem-solve throughout the day! A Day in the Life · Start the day at 8am with inbound calls from workshops and dealers needing timely, accurate support · Switch between quoting parts, checking fitment and stock, and coordinating with warehouse and technical teams · Solve problems as they arise, learning new products and systems throughout the day · Balance multiple tasks while keeping orders moving smoothly · End the day with a clear understanding of what you’ve achieved and what’s next The pace is consistent. The workload is genuine. The learning curve is significant.
