This is a fantastic role for someone ready to take that next step into leading infrastructure projects, working across international environments, and still keeping hands-on with day-to-day technical support. You’ll work closely with the Head of Technology and wider project teams to deliver key infrastructure initiatives, from system upgrades and network improvements to security enhancements. It’s a broad and varied role that offers genuine scope for growth and development. Day to day duties include: Lead and support IT infrastructure projects across systems, networks, and applications Maintain and optimise servers, storage, and core business systems for performance and reliability Provide hands-on technical and helpdesk support to local and global teams Collaborate with regional technology teams on global initiatives and process improvements Contribute to documentation, testing, and training to strengthen IT operations About you To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years experience in a network/systems administrator role Solid technical grounding across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking Experience with virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V) Cloud exposure (Azure) beneficial but not essential Some experience leading technical projects Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset Proactive and collaborative, someone who takes initiative and enjoys improving systems and processes What's in it for you?
