Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Branch Administrator / Work Coordinator to join our team in Hobart, TAS that will support Northern Territory . Description The Role: Work Coordination & Scheduling – Plan, Schedule, and Allocate. Prioritize and assign work orders to technicians and subcontractors based on urgency and client requirements. Monitor and ensure timely completion of planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. Manage inbound calls from clients and technicians. Client & Technician Communication Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, job updates, and service requests. Provide support to technicians by ensuring they have the correct job details, materials, and resources. Respond to urgent breakdowns and emergency service requests, coordinating quick resolutions. Administration & Compliance Maintain and update client portals, ensuring accurate data entry for compliance and reporting. Generate and manage work orders, reports, and purchase orders in internal systems. Assist with subcontractor coordination, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Action and update branch timesheets Skills And Experiences Selection Criteria: Previous experience working in a customer service based role Ideally has exposure in the Service industry - however not essential Confident with technology and can work within bespoke in house systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Willingness to learn, with excellent communication skills Strong time management skills and attention to detail Possess a positive, proactive customer focused approach Graduates encouraged to apply, with training facilitated for the right candidate Why Grosvenor?
