LI-Site The Role You will be responsible to provide a range of administrative services whilst supporting the operations on site to achieve outcomes in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. The duties include reporting, timekeeping, invoicing, meeting minutes, etc. We are looking for a proactive, efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage administrative duties including client interaction and assistance, telephone and email communications as well as providing assistance to our project team. Previous administration experience, who holds a certificate III in Business Administration Proficient Microsoft Office user – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels across the contract A pro-active attitude High levels of initiative and “get up and go” to manage own workflow to meet objectives Ability to liaise with key stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization Efficient multitasking and prioritising skills Able to work autonomously with competing priorities Exposure to the engineering/construction industry would be highly regarded but is not essential Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
