The Role FHR currently an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client that specialises in the furniture industry. This opportunity is located in Zillmere and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions. Sales & Order Processing: Prepare invoices, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse for stock and deliveries. Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Track stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for timely shipments. Finance & Bookkeeping Support: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. General Office Management: Maintain office supplies, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
