We are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager (Residential) for our client, a NSW Government agency based in Parramatta. This is an initial contract until 30th June 2025 with strong possibility of extension and a pay rate of $68ph super. 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week and flexibility to WFH. The Construction Project Manager will work client-side to support the delivery of residential construction projects ranging from single dwelling to and duplex duplex developments through to small-scale, multi-unit development. The projects will range in value from $600k - $1m and will be located across NSW, including both metro and regional locations. Key Accountabilities: The Construction Project Manager will be involved in all stages of project delivery including procurement and the preparation of tender documentation, design review and sign-off, and construction project management Ensure that projects achieve practical completion in line with agreed funding deadlines and contribute to meeting annual new supply and spend targets Ensure compliance with AHO and statutory quality and safety standards Work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the AHO’s Property Division Candidate Requirements: At least 3-4 years Project Management experience Previous experience of managing the delivery of low and medium density residential construction projects, either client-side or contractor side NSW Government (and MW21) experience is desirable but not essential Willingness to travel frequently across the state (weekly or fortnightly as required - travel costs will be covered by the client) This is a great opportunity to join a NSW Government agency with a significant pipeline of projects so match the above criteria, please click on apply or contact Gary Ward at Chandler Macleod on 02 9269 8809 for a confidential discussion At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
