Type : Part-Time Term : Ongoing Position Details Receptionist The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors at Mercedes College, providing a warm and professional welcome which reflects the College's values. This role ensures smooth front-office operations by delivering exceptional customer service and managing inquiries, appointments, and communication across departments. In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, the Receptionist handles a variety of administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, and supporting the organization of College events. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency is essential to succeed in this dynamic school environment. This is an on-going position working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm - 40 weeks per year.
