Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Paediatric Medicine – North Adelaide (5006) Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 Full Time Employment – Short Term Contract (temporary up to March 2025) About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists within the Paediatric Medical Departments team to join us an Administrative Assistant - General Medicine (ASO2) on a full-time , short-term contract. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for: Providing a high level of administrative and reception support services to the Department Contributing to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists and other details Assisting in the management of outpatient clinic bookings Working as a key team member to develop and establish innovative improvement strategies To find out the specifics, including the key selection criteria and special conditions , please go to the attached role description. About You To be successful in this role, you should: Have previous administrative / clerical experience Have good initiative, be resourceful and work autonomously with limited direction with competing priorities in an adverse, high workflow environment Be able to work effectively within a team environment Have the ability to deal with situations, staff and patients with maturity and empathy Have good working knowledge of Medical Terminology What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
