(Pro Rata) ASO2 | Part Time 19 hours per week – Contract Until January 2025 Join our Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care team as an Administration Support Assistant today Flinders Medical Centre Intensive and Critical Care Unit (ICCU) is a 32-bed tertiary intensive care unit (ICU) located in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. The Administration Support Assistant is accountable to the Administration Team Leader for the provision of confidential, clerically based administrative support throughout the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and may provide the first point of contact for visitors and staff to the ICU. About the role: As the Administration Support Assistant, Duties for the role may include: Ensuring the effective and efficient administrative support of the Unit by prioritising workload and managing efficiently, high volumes of work Maintaining stationery supplies and ensuring there is stock of a range of documents/ forms required in the ICU Establish and apply clerical routines, methods and procedures Maintain confidentiality, always communicate and demonstrate empathy and courtesy to customers About you: Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to apply initiative, judgement and be self-motivated Experience in a health care environment Experience in the use of use of office equipment (e.g. printers, fax machine, photocopiers).
