About the role The Front of House Assistant will undertake general Cafe duties to support the provision of high quality service delivery, working as part of the cafe team and within the relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Daily duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in serving quality cafe meals for residents, staff, visitors and functions Undertaking general kitchen duties Liaising with staff of all levels in particular cafe team, residents, visitors and the general public Assisting other members of the cafe team as required Participating in activities that measure the quality standards and residents’ satisfaction of the catering services Supporting and providing guidance to new team members For further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to our website or the attached position description. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Holds responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate Experience in the preparation, delivery and serving of meals including barista experience.
