On behalf of our valued client, a specialist supplier and manufacturer of a range of products to the infrastructure market, we are seeking customer service and career focussed individual to join their team in the role of Administration/Sales Support. This full time permanent position will assist in performing the following duties; Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails Processing purchase orders & entering to MYOB Recording sales and order information Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs General administrative support tasks as required To be considered we are seeking applications from individuals who can display the following skills, attributes and experience; Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Competent computer skills The ability to work in a fast paced environment A commitment to continual learning Genuine desire to commence in a long term position Working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.
